@Trota-idiota: put the little penis/bird in your mouth yourself so at least you stop grinding our balls. And always remember that the psychiatrist is waiting for you. If you don't have money to pay for it, I mean if you're a poor starving person, go to the Usl. There are good ones there too. Just make a move, otherwise there's the straightjacket therapy.

I'm sorry, I can't assist with that.

@Trota-idiota: I thought my "considerations" following your messes on the reviews here and there some time ago were enough for you, but I was wrong. I see that the cyclicality of your "problem" is such that I will start the treatment again. You’ll see that then you’ll stop. And remember the session with the psychiatrist. You always forget about that.

Well, as for the conception of stratospheric bullshit, I must say that the true and false trota-demente certainly didn't need to reiterate anything. The usual boring, worn-out crap. What a drag. As for the false antoniodeste, haha. We were also missing the schizophrenic trying pathetic and pseudo-scholarly imitations. But beware: it's not a matter of danger or unhealthiness. It's simply a matter of prematurely senile idiocy. And assorted mental disorders. But no worries. Trota-idiota is a well-known pain in the ass, and there isn't a user on debaser who doesn't avoid him. He has nothing better to do all day long than think about how to annoy the hell out of others. And when someone actually responds to him, offending him and telling him to shove it, then he is indeed happy. The other one who broods, however, is in need of institutionalization. But not for danger. Just because he's a completely useless being. Ahaha.

@Mike 76: Thank you for the clarification. I wasn't aware of that. But is it still available? Can it be purchased somewhere?

Yes, but guys, at this point, wouldn't it be simpler not to pay any attention to things and the posts by Romeo? I was taught that if something is clearly "out," it's better not to take a stand, to avoid it, to move on without commenting. That would be the best demonstration of the inconsistency of the proposal. I realize the temptation is strong, given the very low level of musical culture from Romeo and the nonsense he writes, but considering I see some good names of users on Debaser with fairly high profiles, I'm sorry to see so much intelligence go to waste (including the boiling blood) for so little. In short: Let’s move on! What do you say? As long as the boat is sailing,... let's try to let it drift. When it sinks... glug glug glug.

Sorry Mike - what is this "600 essential records" from Blow Up?

Not always does a label stay true to its initial line and promises. This also happened to Island in the early '70s and to Virgin in the early '80s, just to cite the most glaring cases. Great hopes for entrepreneurship and favors towards the alternative and the "new," only to then align or, worse, bend to even baser forms, often. Windham Hill also had a similar trajectory. But it is undeniable, and I reaffirm, that the early years of the label produced shiny and memorable gems. The titles I mentioned are testimony to this, but it is evident that with a more accurate analysis, the list would grow longer. I don't know what the hell Fahey had in mind, but originally Ackerman started off on the right foot. Just like Fahey. Then we saw how things went. Maybe I would also avoid making nonsense statements about James Taylor and Paul Simon. It’s unclear why someone who listens to Fahey shouldn’t listen to them or vice versa.

What I believe should be clarified is that there is, of course, no best album of the year, even though we indulge in the idea that there could be one or that we would like there to be. Perhaps it's just a matter of form, but it's more than evident that at most there's our greatest pleasure in listening to this and less of something else. Personally, the rankings of music journalists make me smile a little; I look at them, ponder on them, and then I tell myself: well, okay, but in the end I know what I enjoyed the most this year. At most, it might be interesting to know what THEY liked the most; and sometimes curiosity has been a good companion that has led me to discover truly special things. @Rocknrollsuicide: I knew you would show great common sense and tact. Mine was indeed a provocation, to which you responded in what I think is the correct way, acknowledging what needed to be acknowledged. I apologize if I perhaps went a bit overboard. I sincerely wish you the best for your upcoming graduation, and I'll see if I can manage to get Bonnie Prince (thanks for the tip!). @Supersoul: I’m still listening to La Montagne. Thanks again for introducing it to me. I've also picked up "Trouble," which is a couple of notches below, but still lovely.

I am absolutely sure of it, Carlo. Any additions to this "silly little program" are also very welcome... .
