For kosmogabri: correct intervention, even if late. As I have already said, I don't intend to revisit the topic. The Area are certainly not within everyone's reach. Amen.

You really haven't understood a thing, and I'm indulging you. I'm letting you go. (for what it's worth...). Keep giving lessons on common sense, please. I just provoked someone (you) so presumptuous that he wants to make people believe he knows what arrogance is, what ignorance is, and maybe even what culture is. If my ways are questionable, yours are childish/populist, not to mention (and indeed I am) presumptuous and falsely understanding. If your useless (double) comment was hidden, it's because they got tired of what you write or of such a pointless squabble. Besides, FRIEND, Mc Sampyr and I (before the great peacemaker - you - arrived) had already resolved things, and I had apologized for the rudeness and ungenerosity in some parts of my contribution. In short, you arrived late and you're a pain in the ass. What the hell do you want to prove, huh? That you're smart and "common-sense" like you, perhaps? I repeat and conclude: I'm letting you go, yes, as I imagine you would want to do too, and if you want to continue this ridiculous and grotesque situation, go ahead without hesitation. I'm really closing here. Au revoir.

Ah, I thought the debate..... . Thank you MuSo for the not-so-superfluous clarification.

Know this, Duloz, I was "soaked" in taste while reading you. You really needed to be a defense lawyer, didn't you? Oh, Paladin of the weak, oh you Reducer of obtuse "professors" full of themselves. We really need people as sharp as you, you know! By the way, tell me, do you know Area? How many lire did you spend on their vinyl or their CDs? Or, being a good "comrade," like an '70s autoproducer, did you borrow them from someone (to save money, of course)? Or do you have them in some old, dusty cassette? And come on, tell me, which compositions inspire you the most, eh? Come on, brave music lover, let's compare our tastes a bit!! I have no doubt that you'll manage to surprise me! I'm counting on you, Hero!

Well, Hal, I just read this tonight; better late than never..... I was caught up with other things, and covering them all isn't always that simple. Anyway, I'll tell you that following Cooder for... twenty-five years (on and off), this is truly one of his most mature and solid works (like Don). I don't know if you're aware, but part of your review was picked up on another site. Not bad for a little satisfaction, huh?
Keep on rockin' :))

Ok sampyr, believe me, I really appreciate it and I apologize for any "exasperation" and acidity in my tones, perhaps excessively harsh and ungenerous. Thank you for the sip. I'll ideally dedicate one to you too. :) So long, friend!

As usual, Mayhem, it's a matter of tastes, sensitivities, expectations, emotional references. Probably it won’t seem more enjoyable or beautiful to you than Darwin, but what matters is that these things don’t fall into oblivion or, worse, die. If then "Danza dei grandi rettili" appeals to you more than "Non Mi Rompete".... well, that's fine. :)

In short, JimMorrison, no, I didn't see the interview with Waters this morning on TG1. Could you please enlighten us on the highlights? Thank you.

Dear McEwan or whatever the hell your name is, I’ll tell you that you don’t need to be in your forties, a professor, or a genius to understand that you could very well have reviewed something more within your reach. After all, they’re not paying you to do it and since it's your choice, you have to face the consequences, whether you like it or not. In this case, finding yourself an antoniodeste who, without false pity or moralism or "oh well, it's all good," the likes of which your latest intervention overflows with, making me even more nauseated, simply tells you, out of courtesy, to spare the Debaser readers your nonsense regarding a band (and an album) about which you’ve said nothing interesting. Moreover, the shameful lack of respect for a group that worked their asses off for the political situation in Italy during the 70s certainly didn’t deserve your admirable stances. Thanks for all that. Note for Caz: did you see what a character he is??!! One last thing: Paris-Lisbon for me is NOT a Grandissimo ciddì, among those recorded for Cramps. Also, dear non-Mcreviewer, all your beautiful turns of phrase about being or not being, sprawling adjectives, and blabblabblà won’t distract anyone from the ignorance in which you seem to be living happily. But how old are you? 15? 25? 35? The result doesn’t change. No dreams, just nightmares that seem beautiful. And so much of that arrogance and fake culture from a fake neighborhood of fake alternatives that knows absolutely nothing and has a bitter and unpleasant taste, just like your sort of bad-tasting review. And by the way, I’m not a fan of Area, funny enough: I’m not a fan of anyone. I like music or I don’t, on different levels. And I try not to write bullshit if I have two minutes and don’t know what the hell I should or want to say. Let’s see if we can retreat in good order.
