In Padua =) there's a store called "ventitre" and it has all sorts of psychedelic/kraut/prog imported and rare stuff...and everything for a maximum of 11 euros! There you can find Patto, Beggar's Opera, Ash Ra Tempel, Clannad, Embryo, Guru Guru, Can, Hawkwind, Renaissance, even the Godz! Just think, I found the one by Yatha Sidhra for only ten euros and I haven't seen it since! The other day there was an old guy buying every possible kind of reissue...and he was stealing "Future Days" by Can from me!

Dearest Arianna, clearly your friends are pathetic scaruffians who hate everything that's not American... take advice from someone who truly knows rock... this is a masterpiece! Just look at how many people it has influenced, from Queen to all the psychedelic music of the '90s in the Pacific, to say that it is an immensely important work... it may not be a five-star masterpiece, but anyone who claims to "know about" rock should recognize and appreciate it...

this record is really CRAP! I won't vote for it because it's dry shit...Springsteen is the most overrated musician in the history of rock...forget the Beatles....and let's not even dare to suggest a comparison with Bob Dylan, please!
Bruce Springsteen The River

It's Springsteen that doesn't drive me crazy... not the album... to me, he's still a very commercial artist...

no, we are not there, I don't like it. too austere. I definitely prefer Dead Can Dance.
