Anyway, let it be clear... it's a fantastic track, 9 stars! And it's also catchy!

No, come on, raise it up! This is a record that won't go down in history like the Velvet's or the Doors', but it’s a little disc!!! If there were a 6, I'd give it that.

This album is very exciting...for me, however, in certain passages, it reminds me too much of the style of Calexico, a band that doesn’t particularly thrill me.

already anonymous...this is exactly what I meant by "you either love it or you hate it"...you will probably hate it because you don't understand its message...this album is somewhat the artistic equivalent of Fontana's "cuts"...they seem simply to be cuts in the canvas, meaningless cuts...but everyone can see in their own way what they communicate...after all, as that teacher rightly pointed out, the great merit of such provocative artists is to DARE and have the courage to propose something like that; for instance, I don't know if I would dare to release a blank album just to be more innovative, because I wouldn't know how my work would be received, don't you think? It could be acclaimed as innovative but could also be judged as a prank that anyone can do and devoid of merit. This is what makes an artist—a true artist: having an original idea. On the other hand, anyone wanting to copy Fontana by tearing a canvas would genuinely be just a copier...just as someone wanting to present their feces would be copying Manzoni (not Alessandro, but Piero)...for me, the strength of this album lies in the courage of its outrageousness...whether it is beautiful is another matter...but one cannot disagree that it has been innovative.
And in any case, we must keep in mind that "beautiful" does not mean "melodic," and the great mistake of common thinking is precisely to associate melody and "beauty"...but melody is just ONE PART of musical composition...just as noise is a part...we could say that Half Japanese place more importance on the latter aspect than on the former...in these terms, it should be clear what I mean.
Apologies for the verbosity...but one could easily write a thesis on these topics.

but indeed... I mean, I can have some appreciation for Scaruffi at an informational level... but I don't like it when he acts so arrogant. I might agree that the first 4/5 albums of the Beatles are enjoyable but, artistically, lackluster... (even though it seems excessive to give them a 3 or 4: with the fab four, you should always start from at least a 5) but how can you not recognize the art of the last four? How can you give a 6 to the white album? Or a 7 to abbey road? Personally, I consider them respectively an 8 and a 9... and this Sgt. Pepper... at least a 7.5... well, best regards.
