yeah..super easy =D congratulations anyway for the choice: LA Dusseldorf are one of the most underrated bands of all time, but in my opinion, they have nothing to envy to the various neu! or can...great review

Wow Bob, you made a better comment than my review :-D It's clear this album got under your skin... I'm not quite there yet, but almost... it's one of the few albums that completely captivated me on the first listen.

The review might be well written, but it’s just wasted bytes... I thought Debaser was a music site, but I was wrong... we're getting worse and worse! By definition, making music means knowing how to play and sing... something that this kid doesn't seem to be capable of, as he can only show up.
I get that tastes are tastes, but there’s a limit to everything! I don’t even want to give it one star; I believe an album like this is worth less than zero, and I've said it all!
Ah, Vì said a sacred truth: ordinary people think they listen to music they like, but in reality, they listen to what advertising imposes. Luckily, there are not just ordinary people in here...

Christ, it seems written by Annunziata, or rather by Guzzanti imitating Annunziata ("i palèddi" =D)

this was indeed missing from the list...

found and listened to it right away... I would say it's nothing short of brilliant! Moreover, I found many references to the new wave (in "donkey's burial" it sounds like listening to David Thomas's "Sentimental Journey," while in "Porridge" I hear the flute of Wire's "Get Down"). As you rightly said, it eludes any label.

More than anything, if you look at his favorite albums, they are practically the same as Piero's... the only difference is that for Scaruffone, the best one is Trout Mask, while for Nunzio, the album of a lifetime is Modern Dance...

no no you’re not delusional psycho... I completely understand what you mean. The problem is that Scaruffi is unpleasant due to his attitude, but his website is very useful (even if, I repeat, he could spare us his lapses in style). I still believe that, as Guglielmi said, one man alone cannot have listened to all that music, not even if he were a hundred years old. You cite Guglielmi, while I take inspiration from Eddy Cillia, who said that his "fans" would sooner or later realize that all those reviews were a hoax, and that our friend has been and still is helped by a team of collaborators (by the way, in my opinion the much-cited Nunziata is one of them, so much so that I read somewhere he was one of his "students"). Moreover, if you take a look at other parts of the site (which, it should be noted, is not just rock: there’s everything, practically all of human knowledge and this alone should make you think) there are reviews of jazz and classical music as well... this further increases the suspicion that he didn’t write all those reviews himself.

I have to admit that Scaruffi has been a true "guru" for me, having exclusively gotten to know the "underground" world of rock thanks to him... certainly not thanks to Ondarock, by the way, which, among other things, reviews as epochal albums that have not been epochal at all (the latest joke "Reproduction" by Human League... if that’s epochal, then I’m Ciampi). The problem is that he takes himself too seriously and exaggerates with the tones: it particularly seems like the Beatles beat him up as a child; he seems to have an open account with the baronets and doesn’t hold back in destroying them everywhere (with nonsense like "Beatles fans will go to hell" or "silly choruses"), ultimately coming off as unpleasant.
Regarding other Scaruffians, I would like to say that Nunziata could be the right-hand man of the National Piero: haven’t you noticed that he has the same thoughts, the same tastes, and the same writing style?? I find him disagreeable for this reason: he lacks a personal voice in his writing.
