It's been ages since I've hung around this forum... and I still find the sixteen-year-olds all hyped up giving a 5 to the first piece of nonsense produced by a brain-dead person. Moreover, they pass it off as beautiful music!!!

Ehm... let’s say I wouldn’t have exactly responded like that, but honestly, Geno, without being critical just for the sake of it, I also think this album is a bit of a scam, but I also believe it’s pure math rock. Just as I believe the Fugazi started from this album just like they did from the Squirrel Bait (it’s an empirical fact... just listen to the album carefully). And what does “it’s a scam” mean? What does “the saccharine trust were better” mean? These are just assumptions...

Well, Mike, undoubtedly no artist wakes up in the morning and thinks, "let's make a funk album, let's make a techno album, let's make a dark album..." :) But without a shadow of a doubt, their style is that; it’s a genre that has historically existed, and if someone were to ask Murphy today whether this album is considered a dark album by him, he would answer yes, in my opinion. :) And anyway, I was speaking as a critic if it wasn't clear...

I don't agree with a word... so let's eliminate all genders while we're at it... I don't know... reggae never existed because Bob Marley didn't know he was playing it, right? :) But it doesn't matter... bye :)

Oh well, if this album isn't dark, we might as well close shop :) what do you think it is? New romantics? :) Anyway, I was referring to the awful stores I go to regarding the unavailability!

I imagine you are pleased that that fool Scaruffi says about this album "Six (Parlophone, 1998) is a musical product only because it is composed of musical notes. Very few albums from that year, even among the Brit-poppers, are so empty. The band imitates Roxy Music (Six) and dusts off synth-pop (Closed For Business). The rest is a brainless review of clichés."
Realize how idiotic this man is. I can't wait for people to stop following him. How will an idiot buffoon, who gives 8 to random farts to cover his musical ignorance and at most 6 to all pop albums, maintain such a following? I don’t know. And when he comes to tell me that Paul Draper has the creativity of a fishmonger, it makes me want to skin him alive. Sorry for the OT, but I need to completely renounce my past.
