Miles Davis Kind Of Blue

Well done, this review was a must. Comments on the album are pointless; it's an immortal work, and that's that. I won't give you a 5 because it seems you are also included in that majority of Italians who write po' (the truncated form of poco) with an accent instead of with an apostrophe.

What a shame, unfortunately, I missed them, but I saw Shorter two years ago with the usual quartet (Patitucci, etc...). The effect he has might be what you say, but it depends on personal taste. At least he isn't like the usual saxophonists you hear nowadays who all seem to come out of the same mold made in Berklee, or however it's spelled. This one has personality and character, even if it might raise some doubts in some people.

Did you see the May 1st concert? They'll soon introduce De Gregori and Bob Dylan will come out on stage directly. Hmm..........

Doesn't it kind of resemble "Salvami" by Jovanotti? Like, the intention...
Anyway, De Gregori is always the strongest.
Weather Report 8:30

Yes, Black Market is awesome, but the strength of 8:30 is that it's live, except for the last three tracks. Legend has it that a clumsy sound engineer (and thus above average for sound engineers) accidentally deleted the recordings that were originally meant to be part of the album, so the band included two pieces recorded in the studio for a later work (Sightseen by Shorter and The Orphan, beautiful, with a choir of children's voices), and recorded one specifically, Brown Street, in which the temporary absence of Pastorius, who was momentarily in jail for violating his father's home, is noticeable. Is it true? Anyway, it's folkloric.

Oh, really? I guess I watch too much TV, thanks for the correction. But what about the grade?
Ennio Morricone La Leggenda Del Pianista Sull'Oceano O.S.T.
Voto:
Morricone turns into gold what he touches. I recently watched a film, "Mission to Mars," I believe it's called, which honestly is pretty awful, but I hardly noticed it thanks to Morricone's music, which makes some rather tacky scenes moments of beauty.
I feel pretty much the same about this film, which I don't think is much good, but with that music....
But why has Morricone never won an Oscar? I mean, Piovani did, and Morricone didn't? Who knows...
