While we're at it, let's tell that the progenitor of Virgin, Richard Branson, before founding his label had various record stores scattered across England (the only places where it was allowed to smoke joints) and that when the first Sex Pistols record was released, he was the only one to officially sell it (the other stores refused) and to export it to the USA, where it was banned... A masterstroke. With the money he made, he founded Virgin and bought a recording studio (a dream of his) and hosted as his first artist a friend, that genius Mike Oldfield... A true paradox, isn't it? With the money made from punk, Branson launched the first album that could be defined as new-age... I also have that original label vinyl (like many others, to be honest), bought with the meager allowance my parents used to give me. What great times, months would pass between albums, and I consumed them groove by groove...

To be honest, I was very tempted to write this review (Homme che uomo fenomenale!) but, as I believe many others on de-baser do, I preferred to leave the floor to someone else. Nothing to say about the meaning of your review - I agree on various points, so I give you 4, but it's the form that leaves something to be desired (so 2 points = average 3). A little care, for heaven's sake! This album deserves it, because it has STYLE to spare. Don't be a de-fanzinaro, come on...
