I haven't listened to it yet, but I'm sure it will be a masterpiece. Like the others, after all.

So go and find him! One note: I kindly ask you (and all DeBaseriani) to remember the necessity I have requested to be addressed exclusively by my first name, as my deeply rooted hatred for my very long last name is now well established. Sincerely,

Great album, nothing more to add.

In any case, if we compare "Battles..." with "Pure Holocaust," it absolutely doesn't hold up... I mean, "Battles" is a nice album, yes, but not a masterpiece; the masterpieces are others, like the subsequent albums by Abbath&Co.

Sorry, but why did you review it? This review is pointless... Anyway, it seems strange to me; usually, big bands, when they're just starting out, give their best...

Anyway, I intended to check out the keelhaul one of these days because I think I will really like them, but this is a time when I'm not in the mood for anything too complicated, so I’ll postpone! :-). I've already listened to the latest from Beecher, I’ll have that for a while! :-D (the first one is way better anyway, the one I reviewed).

Yes, I know keelhaul (of course)... Actually, I didn't look for them because they sounded too much like hardcore retro without bite; I don't know, they didn't attract me. Can you tell me some bands they resemble, to give me some inspiration? As for knut, I've never heard of them... Listen to Darkest Hour... Easy, though, you didn't write what you think.

Do not misunderstand me (I'll address you formally, so we're on equal footing, even though I don't know how old you are), you are absolutely right. The drummer of Darkthrone, Fenriz, has explicitly stated: "Black metal was not born in Norway. We didn't invent it, but Bathory and Venom did..." and if he said it, it must be trusted. In fact, I was referring specifically to Nordic black metal, the one you mentioned; however, those what you call "restricted realities" are the foundation of an actual musical scene. They may not have invented that characteristic sound as we find it in Bathory's self-titled album, but they certainly reworked it into a formula that has attracted followers and has persisted for decades now. Darkthrone were among the first to undertake this reworking, and they did it in the best possible way; they are a truly HISTORICAL band with a capital s, and I find it absurd that someone like you, dear destroyer, denies this assertion. In short, there are thousands of purist black metal bands that are directly inspired by Darkthrone; try listening to Horna, Elite, and hundreds of other names. Nocturno and Fenriz have set the standard, and this seems indisputable to me. Not to mention that they are a truly great band musically speaking... whether you like it or not. I'm glad you share my thoughts about Unsane, though. Let me say that I really appreciate your writing style... You've brought a breath of fresh air into the jungle of DeBaser, which has become a stage for the most sordid vulgarities.

Wonderful this review... You brought out everything I have always thought about Liga, and you did it excellently.

The Aqua a higher rating than the Death? Uhm... Anyway, it's not always a matter of background. I mean, Airone, who now speaks against extreme metal, was a big metal head in his time, so he definitely has a strong metal background... I don't know to what extent, of course.
