I had the honor of seeing Elton Dean at the concert that Soft Machine held last year in Genoa... well, that concert will stay with me for quite some time!

hope for happiness...hope for happiness...hope for happiness happiness happiness........sensational disco.....but you could at least mention that here there's also the guitar of that reckless and lazy genius kevin ayers who would later leave the band without the softs replacing him (they kept making records without a guitar!). Anyway, still immature (even if, as you say, full of ideas) here......well, then volume two will come and then third a pure masterpiece (moon in june is in my opinion the most beautiful song of the canterbury sound).
