Eyehategod Confederacy Of Ruined Lives
Voto:
You won’t believe that last night I was chased by some police officers in the last 100 meters before I got home. I reached my gate, I stopped, one of them got out and said to me, "We need you to step down." After that, he said, "Excuse us, you look like someone we’re looking for." And it wasn't a dream of mine. Maybe I resemble one of the eyehategod, and they wanted to throw me in out of envy.

Me spit judgments?! Just think that I had accused you of the same thing. If you replace "bullshit" with "unreasonable things" in my posts, you'll understand that I absolutely find what you say unfair, but I don’t spit judgments (aside from the cliché man, I don’t know you, but from how you present yourself, you seemed like that to me). In fact, I am extremely open to dialogue, considering that I concluded with "tell me what's on the record." You, on the other hand, spit judgments saying "stop making mental wanks, it’s a hoax and that’s it" or the story of the film seen 2 times (I find it absurd that the director made a mistake, rather maybe they did such a meticulous and elegant job blending the aesthetics of a scene with the rest of the film that you notice it the second time, or simply the first time you weren't in the psychological state to understand it, like tiredness).

you are the man-cliché. you have your life directives as solid as concrete but as silly as vanilla-scented perfume. once again, you said something ridiculous, like "a movie shouldn't be watched twice; otherwise, it means it sucks." the funny thing is that you don’t say these ridiculous things humbly, but as if they were absolute truth. it seems that you've got it figured out, while others do not.

you're the same old punisher. you can't have a conversation with you. you say "it's nonsense and it will remain nonsense" to end the discussion, putting your (stupid) final word on it. read the post by caz, I think exactly like him. you see, we don't just say "it's nice and that's it," but we motivate it, unlike you. he said more about the album in one post than you did in your review, where the only thing you added to your summary of "it sucks" is that they are recycling, which is total nonsense. all your friends tell you it's nonsense precisely because they've changed, because they've become more cerebral, and therefore are not understood by those who seek instant gratification, by those who settle for a trip-hop rhythm and that's it. now answer me again "it's nonsense and that's it, all my friends said so," or try to make an effort for once and tell me what's wrong with the album.

wolf eyes are based on impact, black dice are more cerebral, they grow with listens. anyway, I’ve never listened to broken ear record, maybe it sucks.

If this album had been released in '98 and Mezzanine in 2003, then this would be regarded as their masterpiece.

Come on, Punisher, stop talking nonsense. You can say you don't like the album (though it's actually beautiful, just a bit more challenging), but to say it recycles... I'd never heard such dark Massive Attack before. They were great instead; they knew they were selling out, so they ventured into a bit more "avant" music. Saying this album sucks is a bit like a U2 fan saying Zooropa is terrible because they don't even know what they're listening to. When I bought it, I didn't expect them to produce such a masterpiece. For me, it's on the same level as Mezzanine. Anyway, it's definitely a solid album.

they are closer to throbbing gristle, even though the black dice don’t make you imagine worlds like eraserhead, but like alice in wonderland. that's why I didn't include industrial among the genres.
