Fuck psycho... I notice that some things I mentioned in my comment on the other review of the album are also reflected in your newly edited review. If this isn't a meeting of minds... I also think that this album is much less cohesive than the previous ones. This can be a good or bad thing, depending on the case. In this case, I think it's a bad thing because the Liars are masters at blending the pieces of the entire album into a single boulder, which is either hurled into the sky (drum's not dead) or to hell (they were wrong...). You rightly pointed out that there’s a noticeable return of the guitars, which takes away from their tribal sound that I am madly in love with. So for me, this is also a negative point. In short, due to the difficulty of focusing, I can't really "get into" this album; I only listen to it superficially, although I admit that some tracks are truly remarkable. But psycho, please, swear to me that you listen better to the two previous albums. I can only tell you that the first time I listened to they were wrong, I called the record store asking if it was possible to return it. Today I thank heaven for the emphatic "NO" I got in response.

I really felt the hatred for the crowd watching the movie when the EPA secretary says to the classic redneck from Springfield, "5 generations of inbreeding." I was the only one laughing, and that's precisely why my laughter turned into anger. All those kids who only understand the most explicit jokes. Psycho, do you know what the worst moment was? When Homer was about to climb the super glass dome and, after slathering his hands with glue, said, "Now I'll show you who's the real man" while putting his hand on his crotch and getting stuck. There I was, the only one NOT laughing. They even applauded. But come on, this is a typical gag by the Vanzina brothers, who, by the way, construct it better. Well, maybe I'm just becoming a grumpy old man.

schizophrenic review just like the liars. beautiful. I like the album less though. I've been a die-hard fan of the liars for 4 years. Their masterpieces in my opinion are drum's not dead, but especially that witchy and mysterious bomb of they were wrong (perhaps the best album of the 21st century, after super/system by el guapo)... what the liars have always excelled at is blending it all together. those 2 albums needed to be listened to as a continuum. this one, however, has independent episodes, and that’s what I don’t like. Moreover, sometimes these "songs" turn into "tunes", like in the case of houseclouds. a bit of a disappointment, even though the dumb in the rain is really disconcerting, truly beautiful.

In my opinion, among all of Spielberg's cheesy works, this is the worst. The effect is like Gardaland, but at least in Gardaland you actually experience things, you don't just watch the rides. What an idea! I'll make a movie about four kids going to Gardaland and spending the whole day there. I'll rake in the cash, and you know why? Because the roller coasters will be rendered beautifully, and when the kids find a little pond and run to splash each other... just wait and see how well those water splashes will be portrayed, with a rainbow effect that couldn’t be more realistic. Anyway, among Spielberg's latest, I was surprised by how much I liked (unexpectedly) "Catch Me If You Can." The rest is all stuff with zero value.

I was 14 when I went to see it, and if today at 28 I would give it a 1, back then I would have given it a 0. Everyone was talking about these special effects, special effects, special effects... "Look at how the dinosaur's skin moves realistically!!!" And my balls don't move realistically? And your brain isn't made of a realistic void?

Besides the fact that this film is just the usual blockbuster that says a lot but means nothing, I too loved dinosaurs long before the movie came out. I would go hunting for rubber models in the dustiest toy stores. I had so many: Tyrannosaurus, Brontosaurus, Triceratops, Stegosaurus, Diplodocus, Archaeopteryx, Elasmosaurus, Pterodactyl, etc. Then that crap came along, which meant you could get dinosaurs at McDonald's. Just the usual trend that lasts two months, in short. And my meticulous and attentive passion became, in the eyes of others, just one of many. I was seen, after all, as the one who one day was passionate about dinosaurs and the next day about Tamagotchis, depending on everyone’s fleeting interests. But it wasn’t like that, I swear to you even today!!!

Poletti, why instead of wasting time playing who can throw the biggest insult at muffinman, in pure "hormone-poisoned teenager" style, don't you respond to my comment with something constructive about the film itself? Or is your only goal to get some attention? But then this isn't an act of love towards the film, rather an act of egocentrism, don't you think?

Anyway, as far as I'm concerned, the best line in the history of The Simpsons is when the usual two one-eyed aliens ring the Simpson's doorbell... Homer opens the door and seeing them mutters with half-closed eyes, "mmm here we go, the Mormons."
