here I was really meaning babies on the sun and the title track. yes, you’re probably right. anyway, oh, it has nothing to do with this crazy record, which is super sick. come on, doesn’t anyone know Wolf Eyes? they are experimental like Sightings and lo-lo-lo-lo-fi. come on, they even released their latest CD on Sub Pop! they do this: sbbrrrooonnnndddssss-uaauaauaa-mmmm mm

No Josi, I didn't say those bands are experimental, but lo-fi!!! Do you really think that Radio Dept. and Sparklehorse are experimental?! Especially Radio Dept., which is one of the most derivative bands in the current music scene!

Anyway, I think you would like Liars with their ridiculous concept about witchcraft. Brooms over here, witches over there... also the titles of their songs are beautiful: "a steam rose from a lifeless cloak," "if you are a wizard why do you wear glasses?", "flow my tears the spider said." But also, try to check out the sightings, they’re worth it. So sick!

Well, damn, I mean maybe I'm ignorant, but in my opinion experimental = no respect for the canons, I mean the opposite of classical. Yeah, I know it makes you laugh, but what can you do? Anyway, the two things don’t have to necessarily disagree. Pavement are lo-fi, Liars too, Daniel Johnston, recently Radio Dept., something from Sparklehorse in "It's a wonderful life."

I can’t believe you’ve never heard of the Liars, of all people!!! They’re the ones they most resemble, but more distorted! Distortedddddd! Gneeeeuuuuaaaaarggggggggh! The guitar does this, the drums are alien and abyssal. Industrial. I know I’m pretty good at explanations. You get it now?
