In the face of such a prolonged cry of pain, a searing yet tranquil anguish, determined and sharp, yet calm and resolute, truly words are too much, an excess of desolation and a bottomless pit filled with a muddy sludge, as dangerous as it is putrid, made of hatred, prejudice, and stupid indifference.
There is nothing that warms the heart in your writing, nothing comforting or hopeful, and it would neither be right nor logical, since man is man and, as we know, the lessons of History are neither learned well nor at all, nor does he even pay attention anymore.
Everything will not be alright, believe me, there is no tangible sign of it. Only, in the sky, sinister flocks of predatory birds, patient and confident in signs of certain feasts, again and again.
Thank you, Kyrie, thank you anyway.

I don't have the faintest idea who these people are that you so amiably discuss.

We went to Florence, all five of us from Porci Comodi, I don’t know if it was in ’85 or ’86, just to see the Diaframma and we found them in concert with Litfiba. Sassolini gave a terrible performance, and the others excited us much more, especially Ringo and Maroccolo, rock-solid and incredibly fast. I liked the Diaframma a lot (strange?) on record, but less live; I’ve seen them many times. Their rhythm section was definitely inferior, by far, to that of Litfiba. Then I have vague memories of after the concert, a spat with a group of Florentines who were mocking us because they saw us with red and blue bracelets and knocked out a tooth (one) and some balls (another) and then the alcoholic vapors of a galactic drink in a little place by the Lungarno. Then the return, at six in the morning, to Genoa, singing in the car tavern songs in Genoese. In defiance of dark wave and electronic music and its decadent and cold anthems.

This album is cited as an example by detractors (today "haters"...) who mistake De André's inclination towards collaboration for weakness or even for exploitation of others' genius. Bubola, De Gregori, Pagani but also Mannerini and, in this case, Dané and Piovani, all taken in a state of grace and engaged in a rich, intense exchange of blood and ideas, as only great artists know how to do, giving up a little of themselves and inhaling fresh air, filled with poetry and saturated with new sensations, to fill the natural voids that everyone encounters when looking deep within. One of my albums of a lifetime. And what a beautiful piece of writing, Giostrammer. Even if the album you wrote about had made me want to puke, for the mere fact that you wrote it, I would have read it all the way through anyway.

Not very representative and derivative, but honest niuueivvers. I've got 'Eisbaer' on cassette, strictly recorded, always enjoyed (back in the day). Ah, it means 'Polar Bear' (literally 'Ice Bear'), and well.

Ugh, what a pain.

Five stars to endisceppard, if only because he took the time to descend among us once again and bring before our incredulous eyes the Word that is Life, Truth, and Vov (I couldn't think of another V, for heaven's sake...)
And then, as it seems to be established, his lawyer appears to most in the sinuous forms of @[llawyer], well, applause and hats off.
Vallesi has always provoked significant intestinal upheavals in the average listener.
Even as a fullback.
