Well. I tried to make myself like him, I bought several of his albums, and Nebraska seemed to me the best (maybe because I had "inspired" it to him, Alan Vega from Suicide?). And yet, his music leaves me indifferent. There you go, I agree with the first two comments. Maybe more than "not much substance" it's just substance that doesn't suit me. It cuts the head off the bull that many like, but it says little to me, and I've listened to a lot of music by now... sorry.

I received it about an hour ago. It's a good record. Too bad about the short duration :( Anyway, yes, I hear something of My Bloody Valentine, but I've never liked them much. These guys are an electronic and industrial mutation, much more fascinating and extreme. Thanks.

the kraanerg is great, maybe I expected it to be more percussive... by the way, I forgot to mention that persepolis is a single piece of 64 minutes... shame on me :(
