Dear Bodhisattva, given your previous reviews directed at a discography unknown to me, which I call minor for convenience and commercial for clarity, I better understand SL's choice. It’s fair to say that the Ukrainian artist, in terms of image and good taste, already says it all with her first band, the renowned Via Gra; however, not being a lionhearted person and fearing the sikario from the east, I trust in the good heart of a spirit that will eventually perfect itself into a buddha, and I amend my trivial post. Always in the spirit of the DEbaserian little theater, I rate your entire reviewing corpus and not just the present one with 5 stars.

In Lansdale, there is a progression from everyday horror, a reality filled with evil, to the splatter of B-movies: I much prefer books like "Rumble Tumble" and "Bad Chili" from the Hap and Leonard series to the "fun" of "La notte del Drive-in" or the various zombie congregations (politically incorrect fairy tales for adults seeking entertainment).

Then there is the third Lansdale of "La sottile linea scura," a relentless look at the recent racist past of Texas, where the writing becomes denser as one delves deeper into the repressed sins of the community.

"beautiful voice." It’s the pandemic of X-Factor, beautiful voices and no content, almost always lacking the physique du rôle, just like that band sounds like the Editors who sound like Interpol who sound like the Psychedelic Furs (a random example without any particular hostile feelings towards the bands), so the voice of xy echoes seductive timbres that have congested the radio mainstream, suitable for every playlist, preferably rough and confused: the voice of the band for ballroom dancing, they’ve "dehydrated" us with MUZAK!
