you say they are an "overrated" group, but explain to me why!? Is it a matter of marketing? Of image? Or... what? I just want to know your opinion... Because for me, there's another consideration that matters: the music of The Cure (let's not consider the latest crap) can be liked or not, but it has long transcended the mere historical circumstances in which it was born and developed; it is timeless, universal music. The Oasis... well... maybe the Oasis were fun and goofy up to a certain point (I've never liked them, always preferred Blur at most...), but the Oasis...
