Perch fillets in Swiss chard leaves on a cardoon cream. Ingredients and quantities for 4 people: 1 perch, 200g of cardoons, 1 bunch of Swiss chard, extra virgin olive oil, 1 glass of milk, salt. Preparation: clean the perch and obtain 4 fillets. Wrap the perch with the Swiss chard leaves and steam cook it. Cook the cardoons in water, milk, and salt. Once cooked, emulsify everything with a drizzle of oil. Arrange the cardoon cream as a mirror and place the perch fillets on top. Ready to eat!

Cappio, what nostalgia! You made me remember my childhood, my father often listened to Billy Joel and I loved his songs! So I have to look for those vinyl records at home... I rate your "review" a 5 for honesty, and a 5 for the album on trust.

serious comment: FOR ME, progressive is a state of mind that flows directly from the musician to the listener: even just two acoustic chords lasting 30 seconds can be progressive if the music is in constant evolution. It may sound strange, but sometimes the simpler the music, the more progressive it is. On the other hand, progressive is not a haphazard series of copy and paste from other genres and other bands (like in this album), it is not an exercise in song length when you have nothing to say (like in this album), it is not a million notes thrown in randomly (like in this album). Let's go back to the recipes...

CHIPS WITH A SURPRISE: BUT IT'S A DEAD MOUSE
Incredible adventure yesterday at Lido Marini in Ugento. Four boys buy a bag of chips after swimming, but after the first few crunches, they "fish out" a dead mouse. Surprise! One euro and 80 cents for a bag of chips containing a dead mouse. On Friday the 17th, coincidence? Nothing worse could have happened yesterday to four boys who, after swimming at sunset, decided to buy a family-sized bag of a well-known brand of chips from the beach kiosk at Lido Marini in Ugento. One of them opened the perfectly sealed package and started munching, with the hands of the other boys diving into the bag to grab tasty fried chips. Then, at one point, someone’s fingers feel something strange, furry, and disgusting. The young man quickly pulls back his hand and dumps the bag onto the sand and... surprise! Inside the package is a dead mouse.
"We were nothing short of astonished," says one of the boys from Acquarica del Capo, "especially because we had started eating the chips never imagining that at the bottom of the bag we would find a dead mouse. We bought a family-sized package because there were four of us; you can imagine how the other three friends felt after that disgusting surprise. So we immediately went to the kiosk owner," the young man continues, "who couldn't give us an explanation, especially since the bag of chips was sealed at the time of purchase. He also told us that stock for these types of foods comes in every two days. In short, he claimed he had no responsibility for what happened."
He adds: "At that point, we went to the emergency room at the hospital in Casarano. There, the doctors told us to wait at least a couple of days before undergoing some tests. Meanwhile, this morning," says the boy, "we will go to the carabinieri station in Ugento, where we will report the horrifying experience we encountered. I believe that something like this is unacceptable since chips are a favorite food, especially for children."
