The review brought a smile to my face, just like the character himself; I will always look at him with admiration and gratitude until the very end, just like the "other three." Then again, it's well known that Ringo has been one of the most visible "targets" for throwing mud and dirt at for over forty years now... but how sad, come on!! What are you envious of? What can’t you forgive this poor devil??? Maybe for not being a drummer/composer with two square balls like this?????? I'll tell you one thing (and it’s not a secret): without Ringo, those three genius assholes wouldn’t have even made it to their second album. Not for nothing, you know, simply because no one would have put up with their grandiose assholes (said with love) and the pressure of showbiz. Go Ringo, who cares :)

Pink Floyd A Momentary Lapse Of Reason

Nice record, then on the DeB many will annoy you because they surely would have recorded a masterpiece, from behind the screen of a computer and with the benefit of hindsight... The Pink Floyd in '87 were instead this, the album sounds terribly 80s, polished/slick, charming or not, but it’s still a nice album. Not excellent, but not crap either. Would it have been better with Waters? Maybe yes. Or maybe not. Frankly, I don't care.

Missed opportunity on your part. I was too curious to read a MUSICAL review of this delicate and introspective album (but that's just my opinion, not necessarily shareable), and instead, you made me waste five minutes of my life, five precious minutes that no one will ever be able to give back to me, reading your political/existential ramblings. Damn!!

As the years go by... the more my love for metal grows, the less I can stand the growl (Ulver docet). Amorphis, up to Tuonela, have made some really great albums, knowing how to evolve with taste and elegance. Now they will sell a few more copies, but what a pity...
