The Czech Republic probably produced the finest shoegaze in the early nineties: the "Pigment" EP by Ecstasy of Saint Theresa (https://www.debaser.it/main/Video.aspx?y=NmujIufJJmY&feature=related), which I hold in a kind of reverence and will never tire of mentioning, but also Naked Souls (https://www.debaser.it/main/Video.aspx?y=KzMJD5KVOhM and YouTube video non trovatoCicime02Szc) and Here (of which I can't find anything satisfying to link you). Then, well, to the list of those rightly mentioned by you, I would add the chaotic Lovesliescrushing (https://www.debaser.it/main/Video.aspx?y=wLe_-ZZbs5k) and the Swirlies with "Blonder Tongue Audio Baton" (https://www.debaser.it/main/Video.aspx?y=WvIJtzLNCMQ and the latter being of a different kind, but equally remarkable for their originality in handling the genre: the former more faithful, yet delving into it in favor of a "dronic" depth, while the latter in a more multifaceted way, almost going unnoticed on the scene. But to mention, there would really be too many names and too many "parallel currents," from the early Lilys to Black Tambourine and Velocity Girl. Then there's dream pop, the Cocteau Twins, the Sundays, Galaxie 500. And in short, we will all die.
