This record is a breath of fresh air, one of those few albums (along with "Internal Wrangler," "Kid A," "Spirit They're Gone, Spirit They've Vanished," "Agaetis Byrjun," "Return to Cookie Mountain," and "Funeral," to name a few) that makes those damn zeroes a decade worth remembering.
