If they had called it greatest hits, it would have made a bit of sense (but maybe not). The only truly useful collection of the Floyd is "Relics," which gathers "Arnold Layne," "See Emily Play," "Careful with That Axe, Eugene," and a handful of good songs from the early Floyd.
