Gov't Mule Life Before Insanity

Probably their best after the Deep End! Well done, Mister No! Greetings from the colleague of my avatar.

But let's talk about these records again and again! Everyone here has gotten soft... @[IlConte], how come you haven't stopped by yet???? And anyway, you've added details that I hadn't touched upon in my review. So that's good! Ruuuooooccckkkk!!!!!
Roberto Recchioni, Angelo Stano, Corrado Roi L'Alba Nera

A monument to Corrado Roi! As for the rest, Dylan Dog had already bored me after the first 100 issues. And I’m not saying this to promote my avatar...
Landberk Indian Summer
Voto:
I return to this album because, although I still prefer the previous one, it has grown on me over the years, and I consider it another masterpiece from this wonderful band. The delicacy and melancholy that Landberk convey is unparalleled.

I hadn’t read Areoporto in ages. Anyway Dave, you wrote three lines of review, damn it, at least take the time to correct the mistakes... Well, you’ll make up for it. It’s a joke, yeah.

Here, when writing about albums that have already been reviewed, it’s nice to hear original perspectives like yours. Congratulations. For me, it’s the least beautiful album of the trio, but still very valid.

I also read it a couple of years ago, even a couple of times. It’s a book that seems simple to read, due to its sparse and very raw writing, but it's incredible how with just a few words the author manages to outline characters and psyches that are so engaging. Moreover, it constantly challenges the reader's interpretation. At least in my case.
The Black Angels Death Song

Passover is definitely their best. For me, this is the most convincing of all those that followed it. Not in terms of originality or style, but simply for the quality of the tracks.

I also believe that this album is very underrated. Songs like The Vigil, Moon Crazy, I Am The Storm are definitely beautiful. There aren't any bad songs, maybe a few that are a bit light for their "style." But in the end, BOC among the greats are the ones who have varied the most. I wouldn't know exactly how to rate this album, between 3 and 4 stars. For the love I have for the band, I'll give it a 4.
Robin Trower Go My Way
Voto:
This album was abandoned on the bottom of my hard drive. I wonder why I've always thought that without Jimbo Dewar the magic was over. Yet, I am surprised to find a Trower in great shape with quality on par with the golden period (with the exception of the unmatched Bridge of Sighs). I believe that along with Richard Thompson, among the great guitarists of the '70s, he is the one who has aged the best (musically speaking). A review and precise analysis as usual.
