Baroque music and Queensryche??? Aside from the fact that the term baroque is hardly used pejoratively, I don't see any connections with the band in question.

I agree, schizoid, I’m definitely not among the best Italian offerings...

The fact that they were among the first to seek innovation in their genre only adds to their artistic value. And let's be honest, they are also excellent musicians. The other discussions about the concept (which I find intriguing) and the quality of the songs (which I enjoy) are certainly debatable depending on personal taste.

From my point of view, the fairest rating for the album would be a 3, but I give it a 4 to balance the exaggeration of Schizoid. By the way, I share some musical preferences with them. However, the Negrita aren't as bad as they're painted; I find them pleasant to listen to and not repetitive. Certainly nothing completely original, but for years they have been pursuing their genuine musical project.

Everyone has their own musical tastes and, as is logical, metal enthusiasts consider this album to be one of the best of all time. In fact, this album marked the beginning of the genre's evolution that developed into prog-metal, and the various bands such as Dream Theater, Fates Warning, and Shadow Gallery will openly cite Queensryche as their inspiration. It may not be to everyone’s liking, but the importance of this album cannot be denied.

Good review. Although I'm not a big fan of Pink Floyd, while appreciating some of their works, it's worth a try.

Congratulations on the review. I haven't listened to anything from this group yet; I think it's time to delve deeper.

Good review for an album that is a cornerstone of metal. Personally, I prefer "Promised Land" because it's more varied, but I know full well that I’m a voice outside the choir in this case. As I also prefer "Dead Winter Dead" by Savatage over the acclaimed "Streets." The fact remains that we are talking about two bands that have written some of the finest chapters in heavy metal.

Acc! Damn! Cursed! I didn't think it had already been reviewed. Oh well, there are other hidden gems. This is a really great album, and the review deserves top marks. I fully agree with what was written. Gypsy dancer is my favorite track.
