Please let's not throw around names randomly. Layne Staley is light-years away. It has nothing to do with this.

Is all of this really necessary?

Ah Marté! I like you, but this review is a bit of a mess. Anyway, I share the enthusiasm; I think it's his best since Ecco (which, by the way, is my favorite). And I want to emphasize that he hasn't made a bad album since La Cura del tempo. He is the modern songwriter I appreciate the most, but perhaps I can extend that judgment even more broadly, not being exactly a fan of "classic" singer-songwriters. For those who knew him and filed him away with the song Capelli... they don't know what they're missing.
Niccolò Fabi Ecco

He is my favorite singer-songwriter in the current Italian music scene, and in reality, my preference stems from his constant and honest journey. I like his lyrics because they are always meaningful and musical, without being convoluted. He often collaborates with great musicians; in fact, the live versions of his songs often gain even more depth. His albums are always of good quality; this is probably the most complete one. Excellent review.

Undoubtedly hot. The rest I guess isn’t important.

Of them, I prefer Ballate per piccole iene and Quello che non c'è. However, both this one and Hai paura del buio are good albums too. Then it seems to me they've declined, but I agree that they were important for Italian rock of that period. Unfortunately, the review doesn't add anything to the ones already out there.

I'm not a big fan of kraut rock, but this is a top-notch album. Definitely my favorite of theirs. The review is good and original.

I've been listening to it again these days and, for me, who am not a big fan of Italian singer-songwriters, I consider it one of the finest records in all of Italian music. Beyond the lyrics, which are among the strongest I've ever read. But here there are ideas, melodies, and a very personal sound.

I can't even digest Procol Harum with Trower. And that's saying something, considering I adore him in his solo career...
