Soundgarden Down on the Upside
Voto:
Three plump and overly rounded balls. Good record, but the best is in the last two.
King Khan The Infinite Ones
Voto:
Your proposals always deserve a listening. After all, you mentioned those few names in jazz that I like...
Error Tranquility
Voto:
I don't like the genre, but the music is listenable. However, I have to say that the "spoken" parts are terrible. And I don't think a speech therapist could help either.
Mulatu Astatke & The Heliocentrics Inspiration Information
Voto:
This album is truly beautiful. Due to some pointless preconceptions, I thought it wouldn't be my cup of tea, but I must really admit my mistake. A wonderful discovery for me.
Vince Gilligan Better Call Saul
Voto:
Breaking Bad is obviously one of the best series I've ever watched. It wasn't easy for Better Call Saul to replicate its success, and indeed it hasn't, but I find it to be a well-made and character-driven series nonetheless. As the reviewer rightly writes, the apparent slowness is filled with various nuances that make it irresistible all the same. For me, it comes close to a 5-star rating, but I also hold back.
The Cure The Top
Voto:
Over time, I have reassessed it quite a bit and I find it to be definitely among their best albums. In my personal ranking of the band, it competes for the top spot with Faith. Nice review, presented in the right terms.
Blind Melon Soup
Voto:
Great album, but the self-titled debut is even more beautiful.
Killing Joke Night Time
Voto:
Here it's easy, the first and this their best. So different and yet of the same beauty. Another good review.
The Cure Japanese Whispers
Voto:
To these Cure, never less than 4 balls. Nice page, although I also nitpick that "prolissamente oscure."
King Crimson Lizard
Voto:
I've always considered it one of their good albums, not on the level of Red or In the Court, but definitely better than the albums from the eighties that I never appreciated. A personal and liberating review, sorry though if I don't invite you to my house...
