Until Peace in our time, I like all their albums. This one is perhaps the most beautiful, although I have a soft spot for Peace, having been one of the albums of my adolescence.
Raymond Carver Cattedrale
Voto:
Many people have praised Carver to me, but for some obscure reason, I've never delved into it. Yet, from how you (and they) describe it, it seems like it would be just right for me. Where do you recommend I start? Others mentioned Principianti.

Watched this evening on Amazon Prime, and it pleasantly surprised me. A raw portrayal of real life and a remarkable performance by Mastrandrea, who once again proves to be a capable and versatile actor. It's a shame that films like this are overlooked. And I can say the same about the great review.
Max Gazzé La matematica dei rami
Voto:
A nice piece. Both Gazzè's and your review. I like him, he's an excellent musician, but he does have that pronunciation flaw that somewhat dampens enthusiasm. Anyway, listen to the album with Fabi and Silvestri, it's very beautiful. Great job, Martè!

Strange that you hadn't come by these parts before. Because this has truly been a worthy return album. We're not at the levels of the first two (the self-titled one in particular is one of my "island" records), perhaps because it's a work that fails to capture the spontaneity and creative freedom of the past, but I must say that the substance is all there, and the singer is a worthy successor to the never sufficiently missed Hoon. It's a shame they didn't continue, even though there were whispers of a new reunion a few years back. Regarding the issue of the name change, I don't agree, especially when the musical coordinates and all the band members remain the same. Except for one who was unable, as we all know.

Great movie, raw and realistic. I read several reviews above and I'm quite surprised, but I certainly won’t change my impressions. I fully support the reviewer’s words. If even Favino and Giallini are being criticized in this film, it means there are evident prejudices.
Suede The Blue Hour
Voto:
It's a great album, but inferior to Bloodsports, which was a truly triumphant comeback. I slightly preferred Night Thoughts as well, but those are just nuances. Suede continue to be among my favorite bands of the modern era. Class acts.
Paolo Genovese Perfetti sconosciuti

Perfect analysis of a movie I watched without too many expectations, more convinced by my wife, but in the end, I liked it. It seemed well-built and had believable actors, especially Mastrandrea and Giallini. The latter also impressed me in Rimetti a noi i nostri debiti. I'm gradually coming back to Italian cinema.
Darius Marder Sound of Metal

I finally managed to see it. It's a good film; I find myself halfway between the reviewer's judgment and that of psycho. But among recent films, it's one of the best I've seen.

Before these crowded streets and Under the table and dreaming are equally beautiful, if not more so. Feel free to delve deeper.
