Requiem for a Dream is definitely overrated... Aronofsky had done much better with Pgraco: The Theorem of Delirium (that one is, in its own way, a masterpiece).

I would like to remind you that it is a self-produced album; the Gemboy became famous thanks to a word-of-mouth that started in Bologna and reached Milan, Turin, Naples, Palermo, etc. They might not be to everyone's taste, of course; Elio might be better (that's fair enough), but a little recognition for these guys is due... (for the uninitiated: self-produced = recorded without funding and sold directly by the band members at concerts. It has never been found in stores).
