For a moment, I was back to being 17: alone, irritable, rock and roll. The only thing that thankfully wasn't there was the Nokia.

In this regard: have you ever looked under the "Fifth" entry of Soft Machine on Wikipedia Italy? Is it possible that the album contains the same tracks as Soft Machine vol. 2 and that no one has ever noticed???

No Franci. I fully agree with your thoughts. I'm not a connoisseur of Drake, but perhaps a detail or two more... the year of publication, for example... as for the rest, I can also appreciate the "lysergic" tone of the review.

"Step right up, ladies and gentlemen." I like the idea of reviewing this record. "Metal sliced for every taste and during the holidays, buy 2 hyper-fast solos for the price of one!" An idea that would never have occurred to anyone. For this, you deserve a 4. As for whether I will listen to it... I have to overcome nearly insurmountable prejudices: will I make it?

Hey! It's not "I want my bike" but "you're like my bike"... it's a serious inaccuracy.

All the influences you mention tantalize my taste. I have no idea who these people are. @Xiz Pierluigi Da Palestrina, you will find him in the biographies of the ancient composers of sacred music. I know him for the choral music we perform in 4 sections. Beautiful, linear, very connected to the text (sacred). Essentially the father of polyphony.

You intrigued me despite the "non-review." In particular, I was captivated by the beautiful text/poem of the opening. He seems like a talented artist. Who is Chris Corner?

Thank you all! In particular, I want to thank @antonio d'este for the technological clarifications: are you referring to the soundscapes instrumentation or to the frippertronics? @macaco: the work is dedicated to the late mother. @47 indeed, it takes a bit of patience to bring order to the discography; I know "Exposure" and I'm not crazy about it, while it would be nice if someone reviewed some of his works (e.g., the collaborations with Eno) because it's a fascinating universe. If someone knows "evening star" well, for example, it could be a useful track for listening.
