Paolo, every one of your "returns" is absolutely welcome. The summer-beach anecdote is particularly evocative and enlightening, making it clear to the reader(s) that it’s worth continuing to follow DeBaser, because (every now and then) we can experience these moments. The song is practically the only one I listened to from Sanremo. It didn’t seem worse than any track by Gio di Tonno. Whoever that may be, of course. P.S. I take this opportunity to applaud the latest update of your personal desk. Particularly remarkable is also the chosen image from your invaluable personal collection. When will there be a demeeting at a rest stop with some camogli?

I recommend everyone to switch to Ernie Ball.

Certainly late, I greet and thank all the "passersby." There’s something I need to say. Marpado, your observation is correct. However, I have not taken any credit away from Rinus Michels. I simply pointed out that the Dutch were coached by Kovacs that year. I have never liked Sacchi. Still, it’s difficult for me to define as "revolutionary" someone who coaches the (though great) team of the sworn enemy of communism. Let's say that Sacchi was a coup leader, not a revolutionary. This way, we don’t upset anyone and avoid lawsuits. For the record, and for the younger ones, according to the (more) sworn enemy (than Luca) mentioned earlier, communism was defeated four to zero in Barcelona in 1989.

It could be wonderful. But it might not be.

Anyway, I am reminded that Inter has also beaten Porto in the last ten or fifteen years. And that Porto has won a Cup. Maybe it can be considered among the "greats." Of course, four or five times doesn’t change much, but it's good to emphasize it. Precision is everything [? (!)].

Interesting observation, dear sfasher. Setting aside this latest case-review, I wonder if this being "(moderately) inconclusive," which I can underline I excel at in all manifestations of my cimminesca reality and a bit carla as well, is not a flaw that we could somehow remedy. At least regarding the scribbling, of course. I think I will contact you privately, as I have other matters to present to you, and your opinion is dear to me as much as, if not more than, this lonely (?) hill.

Michael Stipe writes reviews on DeBaser?! Wow!

The single discouraged me from listening to the whole album. I don't know how to judge the "boss." Perhaps too many highs and lows. For example, I have to say that the Seeger Sessions really had me pumped. I might listen to this sooner or later.

I would also like to mention "Love street," which, along with "Wintertime love," is probably the best track on the album. I'm not a huge fan of the Doors, but I like this album. I haven't listened to it in at least a couple of years, but I think it's still good for trying to woo the current blonde opium smoker (truth be told, it never worked for me...). Well done, reviewer.
