Roman Polanski Chinatown
Voto:
Really nice. However, as far as I'm concerned, it might not even be among the top fifty best American films of all time, and this Polanski, when all is said and done, seems to me somewhat overrated. Excellent Jack Nicholson, more Bob Hoskins in "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" than Philip Marlowe, but still convincing. The sequel is also good.

Double five. Beautiful review that, not surprisingly, goes straight into the favorites. Five also to the film, because I fully embrace all the content of the review and I spend more than one compliment for the old Miyagi, a life teacher in my difficult youth, capable of producing pearls of wisdom matched over the years only by Mister Boskov.

It all seems really very interesting, and in any case, high-fiving John Carpenter is one of the best things you can objectively do in this life. Anyway, I don't know if I'll ever have the chance to listen to this album, but a round of applause to the reviewer, to whom I apologize if I've never had the opportunity to delve into and read their writings before now, and my compliments for the excellent work.

The grunge album by R.E.M. I'd rate it a three out of four, as far as I'm concerned. For my favorite album, though, I choose "Up," where in my opinion there are two or three of the best songs ever written by Stipe and company.

Muse Black Holes and Revelations

These are the typical three-disc sets, but they end up being so useless that one decides to put just one in the end. Anyway, I agree with "pompous" but disagree with "discussed," as it certainly doesn't seem like the Muse are one of those bands that are talked about a lot regardless. From this perspective, I find the comparison to Queen—where entire encyclopedias could be written about Mercury—almost absurd.

What is certain is that a good part of post-World War II Italy has been gutted (to say the least, repeatedly fucked) by those sons of bitches the Americans, who were immediately friends and companions in crime with the Sicilian mafia bosses and then guilty of abuses of power of every kind over a large part of the Italian population for many years. Today, everyone talks about Naples and its problems, but if this city is a whorehouse, the Americans share the blame for having shoved it up our asses in every possible way, the Italian state that allowed it, and this mentality of the lowlifes that, inevitably, no one here has managed to shake off. Drugs, whores, smuggling, brawls, and fights: the Americans and NATO tried to turn this city into a branch of Saigon. Economic returns my ass.

A record that can be worth as much as five stars or just one. To me, it's worth one.
