I don't know the album, but I find it unfair to dismiss two excellent interpreters of contemporary music like Canino and Ballista. Are we aware of any particular modifications chosen by the performer regarding the tuning of the instrument? And what piano techniques were used in performing the composition? How was it recorded? These are not insignificant details, and on the other hand, from a single chord and its micro-variations, original timbral solutions (resonance harmonics), dynamic accents on the notes, and tempi can evolve. All of this is, however, relative; it is the human being that moves the medium, and the instrument becomes the true absolute protagonist, the one who manages to uncover expressive potentials that are too often hidden within.

well, De Gregori from the 70s makes me feel sleepy, I found Vecchioni unbearable, once I bought a cassette of the album "ippopotami" and threw it from the third floor still wrapped in cellophane, Dalla was a monstrous bore, I listen to De André, Baglioni (Conte, well, he's an extraterrestrial, let's leave that aside), and then? now I can't remember. I think today's generation (not that it's been that long, it's only 15 years) is comparable to excellent fresh homemade pasta, free of dyes and preservatives (classic original flavors). A review was needed, and I will listen to the album even if I don't feel like it.
