@antoniodeste literally "... rest assured that I won't respond anymore in any way to someone like you..." don't say it, do it! ... and the usual moral about having a snack with Nutella... I've already told you that you're pathetic, right? yes

who told you we weren't there? and if we hadn't been there, would it have made a difference? but above all, you must have definitely been there, so you know everything. what a perfect argument...

when the dress makes the monk, here is a clear example in music, a product of Hot Rats that if it had been released under the name Jean Luc Ponty (very possible) no one would have shouted miracle, but being from Uncle Frank then... a sonic carpet driven on the tracks of a jazz rock of manner and little invention a few yawns and nothing more. same year as Uncle Meat, but it seems like centuries have passed.

I continue my post 33. The term progressive rock was born to embrace other musical forms, but to what extent? The answer: indefinitely, as if to say everything and nothing. For many, it stops at symphonic rock (thus, structurally elongated pieces), while for others, it would encompass the entire "experimental" landscape. In any case, I believe it to be a terminology that is now outdated.

The definition of progressive rock is born not to limit its borders but, on the contrary, to contaminate them and thus expand them to other musical forms.

@the jarkonking I don't know if you also buy 33 RPM records, I've never seen anything by Wakhevitch on CD, but I've come across Hathor and Logos on vinyl several times. As for Docteur Faust, I think I'll definitely be looking for it.

How long has it been since I last listened to it, I can’t even remember anymore! It’s not worth a five anyway. I have the vinyl from the '50s, but I don’t feel like getting it out. Good reception.
Motorpsycho Timothy's Monster (disc 1)

Everyone speaks very highly of these Motorpsycho, maybe I'll lend an ear to it, yes, but just one, though.

Indeed, the misconception is palpable: when we say the best album of the entire French music production or of the progressive rock scene from across the Alps?, perhaps in the former case, the assertion would seem a bit bold to me.
