Oneida Absolute II

Alright, alright, I admit it: I haven't listened to it yet. I'm quite surprised to see all these fives, since in other places I've seen it treated pretty much like a dud, this album. But I trust the Oneida like I trust my mom, so I'll download it hopefully and with my sweet little eyes. Ready to be blown away :D

But great! The Dogs are really from our area, and they are among the best bands right now. When the Treehorn presented their album at Spazio211, they did an amazing cover of Love me two times.

This guy here, I already know I like him. I watched a video of one of his live performances, and I was really struck by his stillness, his statuesque presence. Thanks for reminding me that I still need to listen to his album. Great review.

Psycho! It's a joy to see you at home :D But am I the only one who has hardly heard anything about these lovely cuddly homeless hippies? I had heard the title track streaming somewhere and I didn’t dislike it, but it didn’t excite me either. However, it has a beautiful cover, so if someone happened to drop a little link in my inbox, just by chance, I wouldn't hesitate to download it.

The single released some time ago was beautiful; if the album is all on that level, we're good to go! :D
