Yes! It's the feeling that grabs me in that little jazz I listen to! Awesome!

I wouldn't have just crapped out concrete! But now I want those panzerotti! When are we going to eat them?

It's just that I still haven't digested that sandwich! It must have been from '95, I think...

But above all, tell us, the girl who idolized you, did she give you a 75-minute pompous piece in 7/4 with variations on the theme at the end of the concert? If she didn't, you should reconsider your concept of idol worship!

But even one well-written at 200 pages would be enough, without going to the 800 pages that already make one's balls show signs of impatience. :D

I'm tired of Palahniuk myself. The last one I read (not in order of publication) was "Rage," not too long ago, and it was one of the most disappointing books for me. It created a certain atmosphere, a certain tension (mmm, sounds like I'm talking about a porn movie) for over 200 pages, and then, in the last 20, it completely falls apart with one of the most improbable endings since the invention of dynamite. And now I've figured out the mechanics of his books: unlikely story, raw details, a mysterious woman who's never quite sane, strange sexual tendencies, repetitions, a bit of gross stuff as desired, a final plot twist à la "I am your father" from Star Wars memory and some small variations on the theme. It's just that, once, all these things had a certain, I don’t know how to say, freshness, even for him while writing them. Now it feels like just the repetition of a well-oiled mechanism, but frankly, it seems to me that even Palahniuk himself is a bit tired of it. Or maybe he just can't write in any other way. Who knows! Anyway, I'll hold on to Choke and Survivor, and that's fine. (Today I'm strangely verbose; where has my typical comment gone: "Nice review, the album seems interesting/I'll download it/I don't think I'll be interested"?!)

Bartle! How can you not know about Sandy Denny in The Battle Of Evermore?! As a zeppelin fanatical, you’ve hurt me more than that time you forgot to wish my dog a happy name day! I don’t think I care much about the album being reviewed, but I want to say, just to clarify, that The Battle of Evermore is beautiful, one of the best tracks on IV (forget about that little piece of crap Four Sticks), there you go. I didn’t know Arnold had made an album! Why haven’t we reviewed it in bulk yet?
