"Who knows if it will end / if a new dream will take my hand..." - "Canzone per te" the only one I know well by Sergio Endrigo and that I like. I also remember listening to "Via Broletto". "Ci vuole un fiore" just a few snippets from someone's voice and in commercials.

"To Muswell Hill they'll / move me up tomorrow..." a great piece beloved by me, while the rest is acceptable. But overall, the album doesn't have the strength of its predecessor; in fact, it’s quite light. Already "Lola Vs. Powerman and Moneygoround" was light in musical strength compared to the earlier works of '68 and '69.
But this can be just listened to; perhaps it deserved to be among the top ten in the charts, but nothing more.

I understand Stefano d'Orazio's departure. The sadness isn’t too overwhelming. After nearly forty years of career, I would also feel the need for a change. His decision didn't surprise me. After all, the Pooh have produced so much, but in recent years they haven’t captured my interest anymore: they seemed to be a presence that wasn't particularly necessary. Compared to the Rolling Stones (with whom they share a long longevity), their music might not have said anything new, but it has never become trivial. This is an achievement they carry with them.

Magnificent. "Genova per noi" moves me in the transition from the restless sea to the tranquil countryside between Asti and Alessandria, rich for me in inner sensations and memories. "Bartali" is wonderful and "Un gelato al limon" too. This somewhat drowsy and detached voice is one of the peaks of Italian singer-songwriter tradition.
