My Dying Bride Like Gods of the Sun

Low rating for the review as I disagree with the way you criticized the album. I just listened to the work and, for a first listen, I wasn't disappointed. I can agree with you about the second, the third, and especially the fifth track (All Swept Away is really bad...), but regarding the rest, definitely not. I'll give the album a rating later, and even if it won't be a 5, it will at least be a 3.

Now let's not exaggerate. Comparing them to Novembre is blasphemy. I listened to the album, and it's nice but nothing more. It lacks aggression, and at times it sounds like one of the many bands that crowd MTV (mostly due to the singer). I reserve my final judgment for a few more listens. Undressed Momento is better, but it still shows the same weak points.

I would like to ask something to Norvheim (and to everyone reading this message): what do you think about the Beatrik?

Wow… the review is excellent and you've convinced me to try the CD in question; well done! I just wonder if I’ll be able to understand it since I’m used to other musical genres like doom (which probably means nothing to you...)

Art. It cannot be defined otherwise. Inferior only to The Angel and The Dark River.

Beautiful album. For now, I won't rate it because I intend to keep listening to it to better grasp its sounds and atmospheres. However, even though they have strayed quite a bit from their original sounds, you can tell they are one of the greatest bands of the '90s. I'll come back to vote for the work. Well-written review. Well done.

As I mentioned, I’m revisiting the work after listening to it more thoroughly. I have to say that after further listens, I liked the album more, although I still don’t consider it a masterpiece.
Iron Maiden Powerslave

Beautiful album, even though it's a step below its two predecessors.

Beautiful review for an excellent album! If half points were available, I would have given it a 4.5 to differentiate it from the other works (I’m referring to Arte Novecento and Novembrine Waltz). The dreamy atmospheres "generated" by the magnificent arpeggios and the always exceptional vocals are stunning.

Exceptionally written review! In my opinion, the best album by Novembre, an undisputed and immense masterpiece. It's a pity that it's so little known...
