@Hell: Gasta is right, it's a demanding and heavy album, like all their works; it takes time to digest and fully appreciate them.

Few albums can convey the emotions of this work; Elend creates a truly dark and terrifying piece that, in a sense, brings us closer to The Umbersun without venturing into those realms of sonic madness, yet painting apocalyptic and infernal landscapes. In a nutshell, Elend provides yet another testament to how undervalued their art has been by both the public and critics. The review is beautiful, perhaps you could have lingered more on describing the instrumental aspect of the work (the intertwining of strings, winds, and electronic parts is truly beautiful and terrifying). I’m writing here the line-up of the musicians who collaborated with the “Parisian” duo:
Esteri Rémond
(solo soprano)
Laura Angelmayer
(soprano, vocal effects)
Mélanie Desquier, Sylvain Faure, Esteri Rémond, Anna Maria Sarasto
(choir)
David Kempf
(solo violin, first violin, solo viola, conductor)
Sylvain Daumard, Émilie Dunand, Elsa Saulnier
(violins)
Shinji Chihara, David Choreman, Judith Thomas
(violas)
Vincent Catulescu, Christian Dourinat, Franck Tessier
(cellos)
Raymond Lebars, Arnaud Pioncet
(basses)
Camille Drillon, Samuel Gresch
(clarinets)
Klaus Amann, Jean-Michel Coste
(trumpets)
Samir Husseini, Philippe Laumond
(french horns)
Arnaud Pasquier
(trombone)
René Adam
(bass trombone)
Marc Bertaud
(orchestral percussion)
Simon Eberl
(industrial devices)

"I love women's hands, but I would dare to say, hands in general.
I adore them, seriously.
Aside from the ass, the breasts, the eyes, and the mouth (exciting but trivial in themselves), hands are the things that attract me the most to a woman. Even the ankles, if we really want to mention them." In short, don't throw anything away, okay?

@GASTA: I'm listening to A World In Their Screams and I might review it soon, even though it's seriously difficult; it's been a while since I've heard something this dark...

Damn memento, you've practically explained what lies within the soul of Douglas, you've explained what the poetry of Death In June is about, this review is worth more than a thousand pages of a music encyclopedia...
