Cream Fresh Cream
Voto:
I can't find a trace of country in this album as someone above me claimed almost five years ago; it’s a really beautiful record, not the cream of the crop (Disraeli Gears is, in my opinion, superior) but a very personal way of interpreting the blues. The sounds aren’t always crystal clear and in some parts the mixing doesn’t drive me wild, but otherwise there are great tracks, both originals and covers, among my favorites are Sleepy Time, Dreaming, Spoonful, and From Four Till Late! Definitely a must-have!

The more you talk about it, the less I want to listen to it! However, the review is good and it might deserve a solid 3... just to be safe, I'll give it to you! Now, though, let's start slowing down with these reviews because otherwise, I won't make it by September 15th!!
Agatha Christie Carte In Tavola
Voto:
I had missed this, it’s excellent, even though it actually says little about the novel itself (which I haven't read, shame on me). The introduction to the character was inevitable and you did it masterfully, congratulations. I hope there will be more on Agatha, one of my favorite writers.

Yes, I wrote nonsense; of course I meant electric flag, damn me! There are so many bands in the world that sometimes I can't keep track anymore! Woodstock, I gladly accept the criticism, which is absolutely constructive. Let me explain how I see it: I think I have a style that is certainly not flashy or spectacular, but rather concrete, and I believe that there are albums that require a lot of words to be understood and others for which fewer are sufficient. Maybe my writing didn't come out well; I've written quite a few in a short time lately, but the passion has never waned. I believe it’s each of our passions (expressed differently, of course) that keeps this site going. None of us is obligated to write, read, or comment on reviews, but we do it because we love music, cinema, reading, etc. In my opinion, the fact that we write without anyone asking us to, without pressure, choosing what we prefer, is a sign of passion. I'm sorry that my passion didn't shine through in this review; however, I am nonetheless happy to have brought an album that wasn't here to the site. Thank you for your comment, which I appreciate very much.

Starblazer's voice may not compare to Dickinson's in terms of range, but in my opinion, Di'Anno's timbre is definitely more beautiful, more rock if we want!
King Crimson Islands

Absolutely right, indeed logically speaking, one should proceed with the second one, even if around here it's not so easy to find King Crimson. With a bit of luck and some help from Rapidshare, I’m working on it. Thanks everyone for the suggestions!

We need to make a summary here, guys... let's say I never delved deeply into their discography because I love that album too much and I wouldn't want to tarnish its mystical aura. If the Italian people tell me that the second one is inferior, let's put that aside for now: so I'm moving on to Red and Discipline, right?

So, here we need to have a serious talk: let’s say I’ve had (for several years) only in the court of... the crimson king, and that I’m crazy about that album... what should I do next?

Anyway, this review should be worth at least a quarter of a point because it should (at least to some extent) owe something to the new masterpiece by Iron Maiden that has brought them back into everyone's ears!
