truly too much on the table, both in the album and in the review, I can't make sense of it! I listened to this album on cassette not too many months ago, and even though I don't distinctly remember the compositions (which are very, sometimes too varied), the beautiful sound it had stuck with me! it's not the first triple album in history, if I'm not mistaken George Harrison with his All Things Must Pass beats it by 9 years, and there may be others, but I am almost sure of this!

I find it absolutely enjoyable; one must be aware that it is definitely a pop album! It's certainly not a masterpiece, but I'd give it a 3.5 in a heartbeat! I also thought Magic was a good record!

For me too, plant remains what it was in the early years of Led Zeppelin, and probably his "new" version (even though it has been around for 30 years and more) is not accepted by everyone because what he achieved in those early years of Zeppelin was too much for nearly everyone!
