B.B. King Live At The Apollo
Voto:
I bought it yesterday for 4.90 euros following this wonderful review; I'll reserve a couple of listens for a judgment on the album.
Miles Davis Circle In The Round
Voto:
very very interesting, even though my journey towards Davis won’t start from here (I only have Kind of Blue and attended a concert by Marcus Miller where he performed the entire album Tutu) you are very good even though at first the track by track kind of scared me
Howlin' Wolf The London Howlin' Wolf Sessions
Voto:
beautiful, actually very beautiful but not perfect, in my opinion more of a 4-star experience than a 5, with a Clapton not on the same level but overshadowed by Howlin' Wolf. gorgeous the little red rooster (rehearsal)
Eric Clapton Slowhand
Voto:
Well, in my opinion, we shouldn't think in terms of worldwide successes, because otherwise we should give a five to the latest Britney Spears! Clapton, up to the '70s, never misses a shot, creating masterpieces with John Mayall, Cream, Blind Faith (in a minor key), Howlin' Wolf, and Derek and the Dominos. His solo career has many flaws, it's true, also because Clapton has never been a great composer, and that showed in his solo work. This is one of the few post-'70s works of his that I've listened to, and I find it decent but nothing more!
Tom Waits Blue Valentine
Voto:
more blues and less jazz compared to the past, a practically perfect album!
Tom Waits Foreign Affairs
Voto:
Maybe yes, but I think this time it works!
Tom Waits Foreign Affairs

Less swing than his first two albums, the second act of that "little change" that took place the previous year fails to match its quality! Is it a blasphemy to give Tom Waits a 3.5?
Tom Waits Small Change
Voto:
one of the best waits ever
Tom Waits The Heart Of Saturday Night
Voto:
For me, the review is wonderful and especially spot on for an album like this. I don't agree with the slow-jazz of the title track! I don't know if it’s better or worse than its predecessor (in my opinion, the only Waits album that can be compared) but it’s intense and I love it.
