Ermanno Labianca Like a Rolling Stone - 40 anni di cantautori americani da Bob Dylan alle nuove generazioni

For Stricnina: look, music is not some sort of competition, you are the one who made certain provocative comments. It is objective that Bruce is more relevant than Van Zandt (this doesn’t mean that Van Zandt hasn’t been important or great), which is why Bruce's photo is among those on the cover. I think the author made a wise choice, related to the importance of the artists, and of course, their fame has played a role as well. Ben Harper was included to represent the new, meaning the 1990s. Look, being successful doesn’t always mean being mediocre; from your comments it seems like you want to imply this, that Bruce is mediocre. You can say whatever you want, but the musician from Freehold has always been consistent and honest. Sure, some albums are less successful, others are forgettable, but rest assured that his artistic imprint is significant. If you don’t like it, there’s nothing strange about that; rightly so, everyone listens to what they love. What’s the point of having this sort of contest among great singer-songwriters like Hank Williams, Willie Nelson, On the Beach (who is Neil Young?), in a way it’s even amusing, seems like something for fans!!!

To Stricnina: what do you mean these are new age bullshit? How can you say that Springsteen is worth as much as a toenail of Van Zandt, do you realize you're talking nonsense? By the way, Van Zandt is a very different singer-songwriter, with a different story. Let me tell you that in the book, Van Zandt is rightly included, we all know Townes was great. I wonder why the good soul of Townes also did a cover of Racing in the Streets?

Well done Geenoo, Stricnina doesn't have a clear perspective. It seems to me like outright outbursts stemming from a certain biased mentality; someone who has written songs like Factory, Highway Patrolman (to name a couple of lesser-known ones), or The River deserves at least recognition and admiration. For me, his photo has every right (given the significance of the performer, musician, and songwriter) to be on the cover, I would have been surprised by the opposite.

Great movie, the shots are wonderful, the soundtrack is beautiful and so are the costumes.

It deserves 3 stars, it's true it's a clever album, but it's well made!

This album is the worst he has made. The only redeeming track is Time Will Crawl, which could have been better anyway!
