Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers Hard Promises
Voto:
This album is beautiful, great review. The sound of the Rickenbacker in The Waiting is marvelous. For me, it's superior to "Long After Dark," which is still a great album!
John Cougar Mellencamp The Lonesome Jubilee

I agree with everything. Excellent analysis of the album, the period, and the artist. Very well done!
Ivano Fossati Dal Vivo, Volume 1: Buontempo

What do you mean by retouching? Do you mean adjusting the volumes of the instruments? Mixing is a completely normal operation. Mixing and equalization do not distort anything. Keep in mind that the record has to sound good on a home audio system, so that is a necessary operation that makes the whole more musical. A home audio setup doesn't have the same dynamics as a concert system! For me, retouching refers to studio corrections, adding backing vocals and other elements, re-recording a section to replace a live performance. This type of correction is done often, but in these records, there hasn’t been this kind of intervention. It’s also mentioned in the booklet!

For Grasshopper: Volume 3 is equally very nice, but the first two are slightly (I mean slightly) superior.
Ivano Fossati Ventilazione

Almost perfect review, Belew is not just a guitarist!
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart Requiem
Voto:
A beautiful review, Karl Bohm was a giant!
Vasco Rossi Ma Cosa Vuoi Che Sia Una Canzone
Voto:
A nice album, it could have been better but for a debut work, it wasn't bad. Vasco in the last 12 years is unfortunately artistically flat, but above all clever! The review is good, maybe 4 stars are too many, but 3 and 1/2 could work!
Ultravox Ultravox!

Beautiful review!
Ivano Fossati Lampo Viaggiatore
Voto:
Almost a five-star album. The album is great in every way: music, cover, and lyrics (some truly remarkable). One could talk about the great work done by the musicians. A mention of the rhythm section was necessary. Claudio Fossati and Lele Melotti, along with bassist Paolo Costa, made a significant contribution. The sound was also enriched by the very talented Pietro Cantarelli; not all the keyboard parts are by Ivano. Ombra e Luce and Contemporaneo deserve a mention. The latter two are pieces of absolute depth.
Litfiba Litfiba 3
Voto:
Litfiba have had an enormous importance in the Italian rock scene. The greatest Italian band doesn't exist, but what the hell does that mean, and who decides that? You should never write the greatest; if you write, "maybe the greatest of a genre (for example: like dark), that can work." This obviously applies to all music. Just look at those who say that the greatest is Mozart, another says the greatest is Beethoven, the third claims the greatest is Bach. Who is right? Answer: maybe everyone.
