oh, death note! I always have to dig deeper, but I never do; maybe I've been negatively influenced by the bimbmikia world... if it’s on par with evangelion, it should be worth it! well, when the time comes, maybe I'll listen to this OST :D

Well, "ardita" is quite a strong word, and put that way, the message seems clear and at this point much more shareable! But anyway, this was perhaps the least ambiguous thing; it’s actually on the more specific musical side that there are many contradictions, and that’s where the trouble lies because if I can overlook it, the more knowledgeable debeers will not let it slideeeeeeeeeeeeeee :)! Anyway, it just bothered me the post 146 because I don’t think I’m so out of it that I can’t grasp certain things (even though I did stay out late last night and I’m still sleepy)… ciao!

Well, then explain it again, since we’re at about 150 comments... For instance, I didn’t understand why you first say "...Then indulging in the most absurd pathos, about how EMOTION, more than the song itself, played a decisive role in the album's success..." and then "a successful episode of acoustic live performance, complete with a suggestive and EMOTIONAL atmosphere," along with other similar contradictions regarding terms like lyricism, for example ("Beautiful as we want, touching as you like. LYRICAL, yes..." and then "two like Krist and Dave are anything but lyrical"). In the end, the message is "stop writing delirious reviews," which is a valid criticism (even if it’s not aimed at the album, but at the reviewers, and yes, that’s done here on DeB too...), but there’s a lack of clarity regarding the album, and what’s "pushed" is just confusion. The final sentence is impactful, but the excitement for an "epic" review conclusion is overshadowed by doubt about its real meaning! Please explaaaain!

Well... oh my, THEJARGONKING, what you say isn't always entirely true; maybe not in this specific case, but a criticism—even when aimed at something recognized as universally praiseworthy—can hold merit (in fact, it MUST hold merit).
Also, it's not always given that this supposed masterpiece is genuinely such; it all depends on how well one justifies their arguments. In my opinion, it's simply a matter of review professionalism; someone who knows their stuff can articulate it well, whether positively or negatively, and still earn the reader's respect. There are reviews I don't agree with, but they are well-written or can genuinely raise doubts about foundational works.
As I said, all of this is relevant or not to this specific case.
Anyway, I would have avoided mentioning Scaruffi (not out of dislike or anything… screw it, but because it doesn’t make sense to bring him into the discussion) or making a comparison the whole time (relying on comparison is often a flimsy way to criticize). Anyway, here on DeB, they do a bit of everything, so... bah! :D

I don't know, it doesn't seem to me like a way to write a review... anyway, everything is relative, let every debenser do as they pleaseeeee! :D

I'm not in favor of glorification or anything like that... but I believe the album could have been handled better, especially since it was given 5 balls. To speak well of an album, there's no need to be pompous, but neither should one be too terse. Emotions can come through well even in simplicity; it just takes a good way of expressing them on paper (or on a web page). Moreover, a review is implicitly a piece tied to the work, and in this case, too much space has been given to critiquing a human attitude (a critique I agree with in theory, but not in this your digitized practice)... zaluti
