Nice review. I have always been a fan of comics instead, and I discovered Paz through an anthology volume by Einaudi, I think, then the film "Paz!" came out, which I really liked a lot, and I went out to buy everything that was available. Like Nes, for me, "Pompeo" is his peak, then I’d place "Penthotal" and "Pertini" (hilarious). It's been a while since I last reread them, though.

Beautiful! One among 10,000,000,000,000 horror movies I've seen in recent years, 4 is totally fitting.

The review is beautiful (the only thing is, you could have said a bit more about The murder mystery), the album deserves a solid 5, very different from the first two and this makes comparison difficult, however, they are indeed superior, no doubt about it. In any case, I repeat, it’s a great album. As for the next one, I don’t even think I listened to it all the way through; it didn't blow me away, but I’ll give it another try.

Finally seen, I had already voted on the review and I confirm my vote, adding that I find its content perfect for the meaning of the film, which is a full 5 for me.

Unmistakable. I hadn't even read who the author was, but I knew it was you, here comes the author of the reviews/monographs on Pixies and Pink Floyd :D. 5, obviously. I don't know the album and it's one of those on the list, as far as Zappone is concerned. As for Zappa, I'm currently stuck on Hot Rats and Joe's Garage.

Indeed, I also stopped at "3 of the biggest bands of the last decade on the same stage!"

I still haven't seen it, but I've really enjoyed Refn's previous work (especially Drive). Great review.

This, Jar of Flies/Sap, and Unplugged, my picks for Alice in Chains.

Excellent review. "The Seer" remains their absolute masterpiece in my opinion; the subsequent ones haven't excited me ("To Be Kind" is good/excellent but very far from the peaks of "The Seer," and I couldn't finish my second listen of "The Glowing Man," I found it extremely heavy). There’s plenty to listen to in the earlier albums, but nothing has ever captivated me like the 2012 album. They've released a ton of live albums recently (pretty much one after each album), but I’ve never listened to one.

I hardly listen to them anymore either, but in any case, this and The Bends (my favorite of theirs) remain their best. Very nice review, except for that "the band stated they didn’t release it to avoid having too much success," which is one of the biggest nonsense I’ve ever heard (did they really say something like that?!)
