confused review... or at least I didn't quite understand what you want to say, however it's well written, I haven't listened to the album in particular, their best for me remains Vitalogy and No Code, where they distanced themselves from the banality of their early work and expressed their personal vision of rock expressiveness.

I liked the review, even though you could have described a bit more about its musical content and the songs. What I heard from The Cure I don't like, but I haven't listened to this album, even though I know it's one of their essentials.

the review is not bad, the album is one of the 2 ALBUMS by Radiohead, (the other is The Bends)

I liked the review, about the author of the album, again, it's better not to comment, let's just say I really don't like her, to put it mildly.

Well done, Grant, for the review and kudos for often highlighting new and lesser-known bands; what a funny cover!

better not to comment on the supporters of this stuff, however I (almost) respect all musical tastes

The review is beautiful, Portland. The only thing I can say is that you could have said something more on a strictly musical level.

Oh yes...reading the review, I too expected you to talk about wet sand, the best track on the album, with that spine-tingling final solo by Frusciante. The album remains quite mediocre for me; I'd say 1.5, rounding up to 2 for wet sand, indeed. I appreciate only a few songs from the Red Hot in general; it’s just not my genre, you know.

Great review, I know it's based on a comic and my Iranian friend spoke very highly of it. I would like to see it, but I'm hesitant because I want to read the comic first, which I still can't find. Well, I guess I'll have to make a decision.
