I'm sorry I don't agree with the assessment of the album being a lover of these gentlemen in their early production. The review raises some doubts for me because it is very well done. But... I don’t know... for now, 3 stars are enough.

A top-level and captivating review, even for those who aren't very familiar with Kraut. I believe the album deserves all 4 stars; you’re right to say that the pronunciation isn’t perfect, but we Italians in the ProgMaccheronicInglese field have done worse, even musically speaking. Well done, Giona, a beautiful recommendation, and sorry for the delay but I’m writing to you from a backup PC, as mine has temporarily passed to a better place.

The Rainbow concert had been organized by Clapton's friends to try to get him back on stage and to find musical inspiration at the lowest point of his life, beset by every kind of drug. Fortunately, they succeeded.

4 to the reception because I don't quite agree with the phrase "It may sound strange, but we are faced with this artist's first openly blues record." 4 also to the album, which is certainly very well played, arranged, and produced, but not a masterpiece. In these territories, I think it's difficult to create masterpieces anymore after what has been done by the great black guitarists in the decades prior.

No, it's not to contradict
The esteemed colleague
But this one is a misfit,
who should be interned right away.
It would have been nice, dear colleague, to open with a learned quote from our Neapolitan singer-songwriter, but unfortunately, it's not pertinent for at least two reasons.
The first is that I am grateful for the quote in your review that made me smile a lot, and since I am quite vain, I will certainly put your work among my favorites. The second reason is that, once again, you hit the nail on the head with this very beautiful work of the Jan Dukes. I believe that if they had been better distributed, they would have enjoyed great success; unfortunately, as you aptly point out, they got lost in the prog tide.
I will ask my German disciples to deepen their knowledge by regularly attending your class.
Thank you.

Engaging review, but the genre isn't for me, and I'm sorry for the reviewer, but I won't be looking for this album. Regards.

I like the review; I would have included the nationality of the band. I know the album, and it's a 4, and I would place their "Retribution" on the same level as well.
