I apologize to Antoniodeste, everything was meant in a joking tone, not understood or, more likely, not well expressed. Patience.

Just a question: does your nickname come from the plastic sax that Parker also used?

Great review, I'll definitely remember this album, I wasn't familiar with it, thanks. Cheers.

You’ve taken this from right under my nose, my dear. What a great album and there’s nothing to add to what you’ve said in such an exhaustive and sentimentally enveloping way. Well done! I would just like to add that the double cover shows a couple of chimneys spewing smoke into the air, which is that black you see at the top with the band’s name written on it. The Swedes also knew how to say beautiful things in the '70s. Regards.

Hi Psycho, you wrote a nice review and even though you criticize it a bit, it piques my curiosity.

My dear Giona, you are right to say that I shouldn't live on Kraut alone, but the temptation was strong and the book was worth it, as you can see from the comments that sparked a nice discussion. For those looking for Kaiser’s book at the stalls, the title is "Guida alla musica pop" and it was published in the Mondadori Oscar series; I confirm that if you find it, it’s truly worth it, placing it in the year of release, which is 1969. @ Antoniodeste: you made me smile because I too broadcasted Tangerine and Can from the first free radio in my city, and there were even some people who called me!!! We were truly obsessed. P.S. Don’t be so stingy with the 3 :-PpPp

I don’t know the work and I’ll be careful not to delve deeper. Good suggestion, thank you.

Well guys... this is history and it's well described by Grasshopper. I would give a... I don’t know, to sound like him, I can't say a finger otherwise I wouldn't be able to play anymore. Our cannibal then cannonball here gives a lesson on how to approach a sax. Greetings. P.S. @ Grassopper: don't forget us baritonists who are the losers of the family, it's a bit like when we played soccer at church, they always put the ones who weren’t so good with their feet in goal, and I always ended up in goal.

I thank everyone for their attention to this review and for the comments; it has led to a nice discussion, and this makes me very happy. I hope that one day we can sit around a table in a tavern or brewery (it works for me either way) and continue to talk about this and other things, but always and rigorously music about. Until next time, "gentaglia" ;-)

@PIXIES77 both Jam and Buscadero are magazines for those like me who are over 40, greatly favoring the "classics." For them, anything that Morrison (Van) does is always very valid (like this, for example). However, in my opinion, there are a couple of writers who don’t write too badly. Beyond my recommendations, though, one read issue gives you an immediate idea, and they cost 4 and 5 Euros respectively. I'm also lucky enough to personally know Guaitamacchi, the director of Jam, who, besides being very nice, runs the magazine very seriously with skilled and knowledgeable collaborators in both the "modern" and Jazz fields.
