In my opinion, a 1 only fits in nonsensical reviews by people who have no idea about the material they are writing about... In this case, it doesn't seem to me that the reviewer is clueless... they simply can't articulate their thoughts... and personally, I prefer this type of review compared to those that choose to ramble on endlessly and unnecessarily.
