and no, this is too much. what are you saying, in '67 "there weren't many choices, take it or leave it. There weren't that many groups that stood out for not being boy bands"? guys, we're talking about the most productive year in the entire history of rock! do I need to remind you of the albums released that year? Velvet Underground & Nico and The Doors (two masterpieces of rock), Goodbye And Hello by Tim Buckley, Parable Of Arable Land by Red Crayola (the greatest noise album of all time), the first one by Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band, Absolutely Free and We're Only in It for the Money by Zappa, the first one by Beefheart (the greatest blues album of all time), The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn by Pink Floyd!!!!!! (the greatest psychedelic album of all time), Strange Days by the Doors, Younger Than Yesterday by the Byrds, Are You Experienced? by Jimi Hendrix, After Bathing At Baxter's by Jefferson Airplane (in the name of psychedelic acid rock) and Mr. Fantasy by Traffic. I don't know, I just don't understand you...

Scaruffi, when he gave a 7 to Aqua, had shot himself a 3-meter long super skunk all by himself. When he came to, he saw he had a ton of things to do and didn't have time to change the score. It's the only plausible explanation for this 7.
Rapeman Two Nuns And A Pack Mule

Absolutely, he was also an essential character in the development of rock history. This is fantastic, but perhaps his masterpiece is "Atomizer."

I'm sorry Ihsahn, I don't dislike you, it's just that if you review this stuff I have to give you a 1.
Orson Welles Citizen Kane
Voto:
Citizen Kane is objectively the greatest film of all time, and not just for its technical revolutions. I completely agree with only the first sentence of the review.
The Beatles Help!

You might agree with what you say, which is that when you put a CD in the player, influences don't matter, but personally, when I listen to "Modern Dance," I can't help but be influenced by the fact that it revolutionized music at the end of the 70s, that it was the capital record of the new wave, that it invented a new genre (industrial), and that it was highly influential. But all this isn't because critic X says so (I loved Modern Dance long before I knew Scaruffi), rather because the fact that they were original and influential is a matter of fact. As for the Beatles, you still haven't answered my question: Why do you say they were influential if you can't tell me who or what they influenced?

sorry *they hadn't even made a decent song
The Beatles Strawberry Fields Forever / Penny Lane

I could actually give it a 4. It is indeed a masterpiece of arrangement and melody with a certain psychedelic touch. However, I don't feel much sympathy for this band; I would like to see that throughout their career the Beatles never made even one decent song.

Strawberry Fields Forever, one of the few Beatles songs that is truly worth listening to (the others being A Day In The Life and While My Guitar Gently Weeps). Nothing extraordinary, but it's enjoyable to listen to.
